By accessing or using Nirko, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Nirko is an AI-powered sales operations platform for vehicle dealerships, offering automatic lead qualification, a conversation inbox, sales playbooks, analytics, and team management tools. The platform does not replace commercial, legal, or financial decisions that require human judgment.

• Each user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.
• Demo environment accounts are provided for demonstration purposes only, with sample data and restricted access — destructive actions or critical configuration changes are blocked.
• Access may be suspended in case of misuse, an attempted security breach, or a violation of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data belonging to a company/dealership other than your own.
• Circumvent security limitations, permissions, or restrictions of the demo environment.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to compromise the service's infrastructure.

AI-generated responses in Nirko follow safety rules that prevent automatically disclosing prices, financing terms, discounts, or stock confirmation without human review. Even so, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — final commercial decisions always remain the dealership's human team's responsibility.

Lead and customer data entered by each dealership belongs to that dealership. Nirko acts as a data processor to provide the contracted service, under the terms of our Privacy Policy.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to users with reasonable advance notice.
