Cookies are small files or identifiers used by websites and digital services to maintain functions, remember preferences and, when authorized, measure audiences or campaigns. Nirko may also use browser local storage and pixels for equivalent purposes. In this policy, we refer to these resources together as “cookies and similar technologies”.

• Necessary: support security, core website operation and storage of your privacy choice. They remain available because they are required to provide the requested functionality or protect the environment. When personal data is involved, Nirko relies on the legal basis appropriate to the purpose, such as legitimate interests for security and essential operation, subject to data-subject rights.
• Analytics: help us understand visits, pages viewed and website performance through Google Analytics. They are disabled by default and enabled only after consent.
• Marketing: support campaign measurement and advertising attribution, including Meta Pixel and technologies loaded through Google Tag Manager. They are disabled by default and enabled only after consent.

• nirko_cookie_consent_v1 — necessary local storage: stores the categories you accepted or rejected, the date of your choice and the policy version. Nirko requests a new choice after no more than 180 days or earlier if this policy changes materially.
• Google Analytics — analytics: may use first-party identifiers such as _gaand _ga_*. Duration is controlled by the service and applicable configuration and may, as a general rule, last up to 2 years. It is loaded only after Analytics consent.
• Meta Pixel — marketing: may use identifiers such as _fbp and_fbc, commonly for periods of up to approximately 90 days depending on Meta configuration. It is loaded only after Marketing consent.
• Google Tag Manager: is a tag-management service. On Nirko, campaign-related loading depends on Marketing consent, and technologies triggered through it must respect the stored preference.

Third-party technology names and retention periods may change at the provider level. Nirko will update this page when material changes are identified.

On a first visit, Analytics and Marketing are disabled. You can choose “Accept all”, “Reject optional” or “Manage preferences”. Optional categories are not pre-selected and rejecting them does not block access to the website’s essential functions.

Your choice is stored locally together with its date and policy version. When you revoke a category, Nirko sends the available revocation signal to compatible services and attempts to remove optional first-party identifiers already stored on the domain. Some elements already loaded by the browser may remain in memory until the session ends, without authorizing new optional storage.

If you allow Analytics or Marketing, technical browsing data may be processed by providers such as Google and Meta. These providers may process data in other countries. Where required, Nirko adopts or requires appropriate safeguards for international transfers, together with relevant contractual and security measures.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, through the “Cookie preferences” control in the website footer. Where applicable, you may also exercise rights under Brazil's LGPD and other applicable data-protection laws, including access, correction, objection or deletion.
